Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a type of therapy that aims to adjust a person’s thoughts and behaviors to help achieve the desired outcome they hope for.

NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to create an easier environment to adjust our thoughts and actions.

NLP can be a very effective method of personal development. It can help with promoting skills,  improving self-reflection, building confidence and communication skills.

NLP can be applied commercially to achieve work-orientated goals, such as improved productivity or job progression.

In our practice we use NLP frequently as a therapeutic intervention for Psychological disorders such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression and fears and phobias.
